Analyzing and identifying these two things comes direct in my mind when I think about the class of design methodology. Analyzing in to understand each and every thing in a fine manner.

Class started with a new way to introducseing our self. Discussing about the worst fear of our life. Earlier I fear little hazy to tell about my fear but by this way I really feel closer to my batch mates & you. It was a nice exercise to understand each other, giving respect to each other, develop team sprit and make me to communicate my good and worst things.

During the discussion about the design open a way to analyze thing which really suitable in each way. What change should be there in a design or in product? Because if there is no product there is no design. Then we do an assignment on comb by making three sketches design which has a competition of one million dollar. There was a feeling of competition to present the best, which has an idea of one million dollar. During presenting the design give me a feeling to be ready for the positive and negative attitude of the persons who r judging my design give a view to analyze. To give a thing which fulfill the needs and deeds of a person this exercise make us to understand the role of a design innovation, understand the design process, use of the product, finding opportunities & give a target to present the best design. We do a special exercise of purchasing a product of worth rupee 10. I was really have no idea what I am gong to buy but when I cone back with a product and we all discuss about the product suddenly understand what should the product be. Its depend on the Appling to chose one products the concentrate on the use of that product study others activity when they r touching the product.

Then an other surprising activity to observe our partner while he is eating the ice cream. This helps us to know that what improvement should be in the product, what problem one is facing like ice cream was coming out from the bowl, packaging, quality and also hygiene. Then we talk about about the bisociation (AH, AHA, HA-HA) while making design most impotent thing is visualization and actulisation. After that we were free to think about a wild idea. This makes me to think that make a design, which fulfill the needs of a costumer, not to be complicated. The most important thing I understand the linkage between the important factors related to a product.

USER - BUYER - MANUFACTURER – ENTREPRENUER

These all related to each other. When a design and a product comes in the market it should has the capability to fulfill the needs of user buyer…etc.

Now I am looking forward that I will do more and more experiment. Going to learn lots of thing about the design and the technique and process used in the design, to be more innovative.
